Why Approved Is Not Enough

What Makes Judgment Reviewable
What information the human had access to.
What the AI contributed and where its limits were set.
What the human considered unacceptable or uncertain.
What the human committed to review or revisit.
When the record was created: before, not after, the outcome.
Article 14 Relevance
Article 14 of the EU AI Act requires effective human oversight for high-risk AI systems. Application timing for high-risk obligations follows the updated EU AI Act timetable.
A reviewable judgment record is the evidence layer that makes oversight examinable — not just asserted.
