Decision Maturity · Ripena

An emerging evidence category for reviewable decisions.

Not how many decisions were made. Not what the outcomes were. But how deeply, and how verifiably, consequences were held before the result.

What Ripena Makes Reviewable

Ripena is designed to make decision maturity reviewable through verifiable human decision traces. It does not replace counsel, audit, or institutional judgment. It creates a structured record surface that those actors may inspect.

Record layer

Who held authority, what consequence mattered, where AI stopped, what uncertainty remained, and what signal required return.

Honest boundary

Not a score, rating, legal conclusion, compliance certification, or guarantee of correct decisions.

Category Map

AI Oversight Evidence
How the human oversight record is produced for AI-assisted decisions.
SHPUR
The verifiable trace of a human step.
Human Judgment
The accountable human presence that is recorded, not automated away.
Rkav Protocol
The signature-chain protocol now patent pending in the United States.

Validation Pilots

r_institution is a proposed research measure, not yet independently validated. It names the operational radius of institutional decision maturity, built from verifiable chains of human decision traces.

Caneni is inviting institutions, researchers, and practitioners working with AI-assisted decisions in high-impact or regulated environments to participate in first validation pilots.
